My priority is to offer you a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can feel heard
You are welcome to talk openly and at your own pace. We take the time to understand what may be weighing on you. Together, we then develop practical skills and tools tailored to your needs to help you cope better.

We are all shaped by the societal and cultural environements we live and grow up in.
Our work together takes your social and cultural background into consideration.

You can express yourself in the language you feel most comfotable using : Français · English · العربية
During my PhD, I researched how multilingual people experience emotions as they speak.
As a multilingual person myself, I understand that the language we use can matter when talking about our experiences and emotions.
Our first sessions are an opportunity to...
01
03
Take the time to talk about what you’re going through and what brings you here
02
Get a sense of what therapy might look like
04
Identify your needs, difficulties, and what you would like support with
Together, explore what kind of support and approach would best suit your needs
My practice is evidence-based
Before focusing on clinical practice, I spent a few years conducting research at the Laboratory of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Strasbourg. This scientific background continues to inform my work as a psychologist. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach supported by scientific research and recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
